By accessing and using VestaDate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use VestaDate. By using this service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws
• You have not been previously suspended or removed from VestaDate

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your information to keep it current

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Create fake or misleading profiles
• Share content that violates our Community Guidelines
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content and Age Verification

You retain ownership of content you post on VestaDate, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the service. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance: VestaDate is an interactive computer service and does not produce, publish, or distribute sexually explicit content as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Users who upload photos affirm that:

• All individuals depicted in uploaded content are 18 years of age or older
• They maintain records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 if applicable
• Uploaded content does not violate any federal, state, or local laws
• They have obtained all necessary rights and consents for uploaded content

VestaDate reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law, and to report illegal content to appropriate authorities.

6. Privacy

Your use of VestaDate is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Message Tokens and Payments

VestaDate allows users to optionally require Message Tokens before other users can send them messages. This feature is entirely user-controlled and governed by the following terms:

• Users who enable Message Tokens set their own pricing and provide their own external payment link (e.g., Tuppence, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, or any payment service of their choosing)
• Message Tokens grant the purchaser a character-based messaging allowance with the specific user who requires them
• Message Tokens provide access to send messages only — they do not constitute payment for companionship, services, or any activity outside the platform
• All payments are made directly between users through external payment services. VestaDate does not process, facilitate, hold, or guarantee any payments
• Payment confirmation is performed manually by the user who receives payment. VestaDate has no ability to verify whether a payment was actually made
• Any disputes arising from Message Token payments are solely between the users involved. VestaDate is not a party to these transactions and bears no liability for payment disputes, fraud, or non-delivery
• Users must not use the Message Token system to solicit, offer, or facilitate illegal services of any kind

VestaDate reserves the right to disable the Message Token feature for any user who abuses it or uses it in violation of these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

VestaDate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VestaDate and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email. Continued use of VestaDate after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
